From Paul Nolan

Dear Parents/Guardians

Last term we had a visit from an author called Paul Nolan.  He has decided to provide resources and links to live readings which are happening over the next few weeks.  Here are the details:

Free and live Facebook broadcasts that I, and my fellow author Robin Price, will be delivering every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am at www.facebook.com/mogzillabooks

These free and interactive workshops will provide your pupils with these opportunities:

  • To listen to one of our authors reading from their books
  • To learn how to plan their own story using one of our free planners and sliders
  • To be shown techniques to start their own stories in really gripping ways
  • To have the opportunity to have their story read out live on Facebook the following week
  • To participate in fun and interactive quizzes involving many historical periods
  • To learn more about an historical period
  • Ask the author questions about story writing or the historical period
