Many of you will have used this site previously for booking school trips, swimming lessons etc. but if you need any assistance, please come to visit us at the Arts Centre reception, and we would be more than happy to help.

Important Information
- All bookings must go through : ParentPay - Leading Cashless Payment System for Schools
- WASPS is open for children aged 2-11. (Aged 4-11 in the Holidays)
- Due to staff ratios, children aged 2 years old may only stay for slot 1 of the after-school club.
- There is no cut-off time for parents/carers making a booking, but where possible please book early. You are able to make bookings for the whole month or for individual days on an ad-hoc basis.
- If you need to pay using childcare vouchers, please let us know at the Arts Centre reception.
- 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations. After this time, no refunds will be given.
- The cut-off time for cancelling breakfast club is 17:00 the day before the booked session. After this time, no refunds will be given.
- Late collection after 18:30 will be charged as follows: 0-15mins = £5 / 15-30mins = £15 / 30-45mins = £25 / 45-60mins = £35. There is no late collection penalty before 18:30, your child will automatically be moved onto the next timeslot, and you will pay the difference via Parent pay.
